Phase 1, 2, and 3 Infrastructure Upgrades

TNTCC was engaged by the Village as they were looking into their options relating to infrastructure upgrades and/or replacement. TNTCC made use of a priority assessment document, provided by the Village, as direction on how to move forward with upgrades. We were to complete and conduct the engineering work, including such things as preliminary and detailed design, compilation of tender documents, construction administration, project management, as-built document compilation, site commissioning and startup, site maintenance and operation, and training. These were three (3) separate projects, completed using three (3) separate contracts. For ease of viewing we have combined the info into this one project profile. The first phase was upgrades to an existing water pump-house and reservoir. This including such work as process piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and finishing. Phase 2 related to approximately 80 meters of infrastructure upgrades. This included water lines, sewer, site services, roads, etc. Phase 3 was similar with roughly 100 meters of infrastructure upgrades.
