Project Management

TNTCC was engaged by Nu Edge Construction to aid in the management of their projects. We were involved in various projects and at various levels. Some projects we were involved in the tendering stage, aiding Nu Edge in increasing their knowledge and understanding of the work to be done. We were also involved in existing projects that could benefit from additional project management tasks such as time management, change control, scope creep, budget control, to name a few. Other projects we were involved near the project end, often after construction completion, and our role was to review the construction operations a compile the pros and cons of the operations used. We would come up with alternatives to various tasks and/or operations and leave the decision making to Nu Edge. Throughout this project we increased Nu Edge’s overall understanding of Project Management which aided in their ability to increase the success rate of their projects.
