Water Reservoir and Pump-house Upgrades

TNTCC was engaged by the Village near the end of 2010 to complete this project. TNTCC was to take the project from concept to completion. Various budgetary requirements were to be met adding to the complexity, as this project was funded through more than one source. TNTCC exercised the following roles and responsibilities to follow through with this project; project management, preliminary and detailed design, tender and contract compilation. The project included such components as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, process piping, civil and site works, and finishing. TNTCC, on behalf of the Village, engaged various contractors and sub-contractors to complete the work. We will continue to use our engineering, consulting, and management skills in order to successfully complete the project. This will include continuing tasks such as client liaison, budget and schedule control, contract and construction management, project commissioning and startup, project change and scope control, project completion, and record information compilation.
