Water Treatment Plant Upgrades

This project was one that TNTCC used to prove our capabilities to complete extreme time sensitive work. TNTCC was engaged by the Enoch, and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, to complete upgrades to a water reservoir and pump-house system. Various criteria was set out, one being a completion date only six (6) weeks after the project award date. TNTCC put its project management skills to use when dealing with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and process piping work. Many of the materials and equipment to be used were special order items and therefore took additional coordination in order to meet deadlines. Adding to the challenge of tight timelines and a set budget we experience extreme temperatures, and proved that the used of effective planning once again would be an asset. All work was completed on time and on budget, and TNTCC was able to add another success to the list.
